Sell Your Chametz With  Rabbi Zalman

Since it is prohibited to possess chametz on Passover, any chametz left un-disposed must be sold to a non-Jew. Since there are many legal intricacies involved in this sale, a rabbi acts as our agent both to sell the chametz to the non-Jew on the morning before Passover and also to buy it back the evening after Passover ends.

You can appoint Rabbi Zalman Korf as your agent to sell your chametz even if you will be in another time zone before or after Passover. The sale of chametz form needs to be filled out and returned to Rabbi Zalman by 6:00 PM Thursday, March 25, 2021. It is best for this sale of Chametz to be done in person using the PDF form.
